Often, we can look at other people’s lives and feel like they have a lot to be happy about. We look at others and we can spot their abilities and strengths in a few minutes. But when we look at ourselves, we have difficulties in naming and acknowledging our strengths, our good experiences and moments to be grateful for. We are silenced and shrinked since childhood so we can fit in a society which doesn’t allow us to express our true personalities. And fortunately, along the way we encounter people who are coaches or act as coaches for us, and who are giving us our freedom back.
It’s either a coach, a partner, a friend or a boss, but we need people to observe us and make us understand our true potential. Have you found your superpowers?
