How does transformation happen
The first step that we take is cultivating awareness. In these days, we are deeply disconnected from ourselves, from our feelings and therefore from our real goals and dreams.
The main objective here is to start to know where you truly stand and what does your heart really wants.
What comes natural to you? What are the strengths that you naturally master? We will discover what your superpowers are and we will co create together ways in which you can use them towards your dreams.
Creativity is not only about arts. You can be creative in finding new and simpler solutions, you can be creative in how you gather information and put it in a new perspective, for example. Creativity means that you are good at discovering new ways in which you can do things.
We will use your strengths map and we will maximize your creativity, so that you will have a natural way in which you can find answers in any area of your life.
“Confidence is the decision to try (Mel Robbins)”. Usually, we are the only ones that stand in our own way, limiting ourselves and not believing in ourselves. The imposter syndrome is a real and very common thing, among others (like life wasn’t already complicated).
You will learn how your brain works and you will understand how you can change habits and break old patterns.
All transformation is change, but not all change is transformation.
