Mentor Coaching

Everyone, Everywhere with the courage to play BIG in the world has a great coach

Group Mentor Coaching

Mentoring provides professional assistance in achieving and demonstrating the levels of coaching competency and capability demanded by the desired credential level.

For any level of accreditation, you need to have at least 10 hours of mentor coaching. Group mentoring may count for a maximum of seven hours towards the mentoring requirement, meaning that at least 3 hours have to be 1:1 mentor coaching (this is included in the package)..

In a small group of maximum 10 coaches (as required by the ICF) you will deeply explore YOUR real world issues and realize that you are not alone! Bring your real coaching and business challenges, questions and case studies and leave with expanded awareness of what is possible and what to do next.

Price per 5 sessions (2 hours each)/person: 1025 Euros

1:1 Mentor Coaching

All really successful coaches have or have had a coach of their own.

Do you want to have your mentor coaching experience designed entirely by yourself?

This is the place. You can have your private mentor personal coaching 1:1 with a PCC coach.

The 10 ICF Core Competencies and The ICF code of Ethics are essential for any coach that wants to play big. They are fun to explore and easy to remember and practice when you are coaching. Learning these will energize your coaching in a BIG WAY! This is what differentiates the “coaches” from real coaches.

Price for 5 sessions (2 hours each): 2460 Euros

Irina was the one who introduced me to coaching as a player. And thank to her amazing coaching skills, I realized that I want to become a coach myself. Discovering what my calling is made things a lot clearer, but not necessarily easier.

The beginning of my coach journey was exciting, but there were a lot of aspects I didn't know how to manage. Having Irina as my go-to person for guidance, support and knowledge sharing has helped me figure out where to start, what the next step was and how to define my own coaching journey. Wherever this road takes me, I will forever be grateful to and for her!
